  • Professor Blundell presented his first lecture on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. His lecture was titled: "Household Behavior and the Dynamics of Inequality"

Department of Mathematics

  • Professor János Kollár presented his first lecture on Friday, May 12, 2017 on the topic of "Celestial Surfaces."

  • Steve Reich, recipient of the 2016 Michael Ludwig Nemmers Prize in Music Composition, attended music rehearsals and discussions with students and faculty from the Bienen School of Music during his first residency on campus. A performance of Reich's work, Contemporary Music Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble: The Music of Steve Reich, took place on February 9, 2017 at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall.
